2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
2 cups lightly packed fresh baby spinach
1 cup pitted ripe olives
1/2 to 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GREEK-STYLE BEEF & CHEESE RAVIOLI
Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, heat deep 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add Ground Beef; cook 6 minutes, breaking into 3/4-inch crumbles and stirring occasionally. Pour off drippings.
Stir in tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in ravioli; simmer 3 minutes. Stir in spinach and olives; cook just until spinach is wilted. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.

I don't go to restaurants that much anymore. But when I do, I appreciate honesty from the server. The fact that he/she doesn't claim to love every menu item is both refreshing and resassuring. I tend to remember that server and would go back (assuming the food is good) in a second.
The same goes for people who "serve" music. If you listen to Kiss between 2pm and 7PM during the week, you probably have figured out that I'm not for sale when it comes to music.
I'm warning you that I'm not going to pander like every other "DJ" in Milwaukee and claim to love the new Taylor Swift song. Honesty is a rare commodity. I'm bringing it back; regardless of how unpopular it is.
