Something You Didn't Realize You Knew About McDonald's

There's a random fact about McDonald's that you haven't really thought about, but totally knew, the Chicken McNuggets only come in four shapes!

Huh?!?  I'll expand further for you, and then you'll agree.

There's the "Bell", this one is shaped like a bell . . . narrow on top, wide on the bottom.

Then the "Bone", this is the name for the one that looks like a slightly lumpy rectangle.

3rd is the "Boot", obviously this is Boot shaped.

Finally the "Ball", which is the circular shaped nugget.

If you still don't believe me, pay attention next time you're at McDonald's!

I Have A 16-Month-Old!

I don't know where the time goes, but Owen is officially 16-months-old as of yesterday!  He is sassier than ever and also cuter than ever.  I only have to tell him "NO" about ten times a day!  Not too bad!  ha!

The Most Talked About Moment Of The Oscars

If you didn't see the Oscars last night, here's what you missed.

SETH MACFARLANE was a decent host, but I wouldn't put him above anyone else that's ever done it, but maybe it's because I don't think he's as funny as most people do.

"Argo" won Best Picture, and director BEN AFFLECK fought back tears during his acceptance speech.  If you haven't seen this movie yet, do it, I just did over the weekend and it's great!

Other winners included Daniel Day-Lewis for "Lincoln"Anne Hathaway won Best Supporting Actress for "Les Miserables"., QUENTIN TARANTINO won Best Original Screenplay for "Django Unchained" . . . and CHRISTOPH WALTZ won a second Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role in that film.

JENNIFER LAWRENCE was a surprise winner for Best Actress, for "Silver Linings Playbook".  She unfortunately got the most talked about moment of the night when she fell on her way up the stairs to pick up her award.  I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often with how big and heavy some of the dresses that are worn are.

Missed Connections

Have you ever gone on, or heard of missed connections on Craigslist?

Even if you haven't, you're probably aware how funny the listings are.

New research reveals, almost 90% of Craiglist missed connections posts are made by men... I know you're as shocked as I am by that!

The reason I find this funny, is that if you even look at a guy, he'll take that as flirting, so the idea of this is somewhat hilarious to me... "I know we had a moment by the produce etc..."

The most common place that people have a missed connection... Walmart.  The second most popular is the grocery store.  So keep that in mind when you're out and about this weekend!

A New App That Will Allow You To Live Forever

At the risk of sounding morbid, there's now a way that you can live forever... at least in the social networking world.

There's a new Twitter app called LivesOn that uses artificial intelligence to analyze your Twitter feed in order to learn things about you such as your likes, tastes, and syntax then uses the information to create "new" tweets after you die.

The company who created the app goes by the tagline, "When your heart stops beating, you'll keep tweeting."

So for those of you that are worried about your social afterlife, the app is expected to be available next month.
