Celebrity chef Paula Deen recently gave a deposition for her lawsuit against a former employee who alleges that she was subjected to racist, sexist, and generally inappropriate comments at Paula's Oyster House restaurant in Georgia. The disgruntled employee's lawyer grilled Paula on her use of the "N" word throughout her life and while Deen did admit that she has used the word in the past, she insisted, "that's just not a word that we use as time has gone on. Things have changed since the '60s in the south. And my children and my brother object to that word being used in any cruel or mean behavior. As well as I do."
