Lindsay Lohan has lost another battle in court.....this time against Pitbull.  She was suing him for mentioning her name in his song, "Give Me Everything".  She claimed he never got permission to use her name and therefore was not allowed to profit off it.  Well, the judge threw out the case and said that Lindsay is dead wrong on the law -- because the song is a work of art protected by the 1st amendment, not to mention that Lindsay's barely even mentioned in it.  The judge also threw out Lindsay's allegations that she suffered emotional distress from the song.
