After eight years of marriage, Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are divorcing. The couple's reps have confirmed to People that they have been separated for several months and that the relationship "just ran its course."  He was arrested on New Years Day for public intoxication.  He was also arrested 4 months into their marriage for spousal abuse, but she refused to cooperate and the charges were later dropped.
