Sharon Osbourne announced that she was leaving America's Got Talent back in August after she claimed her son, Jack, was fired from another NBC reality show. Sharon claims he was fired after his multiple sclerosis diagnosis, but NBC has always denied it. Well, now they have picked a replacement.....Mel B from the Spice Girls! Mel was not only on Dancing With The Stars, but was a host for X-Factor in the U.K. She will sit alongside Howie Mandel and Howard Stern.
