Yesterday was not a good day for American Idol winner Phillip Phillips. His was mom was busted for DUI in Albany, Georgia. Cops pulled her over after observing her swerving through lanes of traffic. Apparently, Phillip's parents split last week. Even though his mom was in the audience many times during his stint on Idol, his family has been very public about the fact that they were not happy he wouldn't help them with their financial troubles, including when their pawn shop went under.
