TMZ has published photos of Justin smoking what appears to be marijuana. Justin apologized to his young fans through
Twitter, however, his team isn't happy about the photos and are reportedly grilling security about who could have taken them. Bieber was reportedly partying with his friend,
Lil Twist when the photos were taken. The pictures were reportedly taken on January 2 inside a hotel room in California, just a day after the paparazzo was killed trying to take a photo of Justin in his Ferrari -- the pap reportedly got a tip that Justin was smoking pot in it.
