Halle Berry's ex and baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey has been ordered to stay out of trouble for the next year and he has to attend anger management classes in order to not have charges pressed against him for the fight he got into on Thanksgiving with Halle's fiance, Olivier Martinez. The two got into an argument after Gabriel dropped off their daugher Nahla. Olivier placed a citizens arrest on Gabriel and roughed him up pretty good.
