Kim Kardashian is expecting a baby with Kanye West, but don't expect her to get a weight loss deal like Jessica Simpson. Two weight loss companies, Jenny Craig and Medifast have both said they are not interested in helping Kim shed the post-baby weight. Medifast said they simply aren't looking for any celebrity endorsers, but Jenny Craig said they are focusing on "real results for real women" this year.
