American Idol winner Kris Allen and his wife, who is expecting their first child, were in a serious head-on collision on New Year's Day.  Both Allen and his wife, Katy will be okay but Kris suffered a broken arm.  She is doing fine and so is the baby.  He was supposed to kick off his tour this month, but it will probably be delayed now.  After the accident he wrote on Twitter, "Thank you @Ford for equipping me with a car that kept my whole family @katyallen @Zorropup and the little one we have on the way safe."
