TMZ is reporting that while Brooke Mueller goes for another stint in rehab, she has left her 3-year-old twins in Denise Richards' care. Both of Charlie Sheen's ex-wives seem to have a close relationship since this is reportedly not the first time Denise has taken the children in.  Brooke entered rehab for the 19th time this week after being found unresponsive by her assistant on Friday.  She was rushed to the hospital and claimed she was just tired from making jewelry for days on end.
