After months of tabloid speculation, it has been confirmed that Prince William and Kate Middleton are going to have a baby. The Palace released the official statement expressing the delight of the members of both families.  Although there was no mention of the baby's gender or due date, just that Kate is less than 12 weeks, E! Online is reporting that the Duchess of Cambridge was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital in London to be treated for acute morning sickness. This trip to the hospital is being cited as the reason the announcement came while Middleton is still in the "very early stages" of her pregnancy.  She has been unable to keep any fluid or foods down and is being given an IV.  Prince William was by her side yesterday for the whole ordeal.
