Even though he mantains he hasn't done anything wrong, a woman has allegedly accused The Voice judge Cee Lo Green of sexual battery. According to published reports, Green is currently under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department after a complaint was filed against him. The name of the woman and more specifics about the case have not been made available but police visited a Los Angeles restaurant in conjunction with the complaint. Green denies the allegations and said he hadn't been to that particular restaurant in over three months. He told TMZ.com, "Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else." A source close to him added, "I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody." Well the source's comment may not be a hundred percent true as Green was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor in 2001 for simple assault after smashing the windows of his then wife's Jaguar during an argument. He was given 12 months probation and ordered to take domestic violence counseling. When his ex-wife, Christina Johnson, filed for divorce in 2004 she claimed mental and physical cruelty.
