Lindsay Lohan's publicist, Steve Honig, has reportedly resigned . A source tells E! News, "He's resigned as Lindsay's publicist, Wednesday night." When asked about the resignation, Honig said, "I'm not discussing this out of respect for my client." However other sources claim it was over the tension with Lindsay's dad. Michael Lohan claims that everything came to a head after they tried to pull an intervention with Lindsay and her publicist denied being involved. Lindsay's dad claims he was very much involved even though he was denying it. Once Michael texted Lindsay's publicist calling him a "liar", he threw in the towel for good after being her publicist for nearly two years.
