Bobby Brown is back in trouble with the law again. The New Edition member was busted early Wednesday morning, October 24th, when he was observed driving erratically at the intersection of Ventura Boulevard and Corbin Avenue in the Tarzana section of Los Angeles. The singer was pulled over and according to authorities they could smell alcohol as they approached the vehicle. Brown was then taken into custody after failing a field sobriety test.  The singer was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence and released on $25,000 bail around 8 am on Wednesday morning.  Brown was arrested and charged with DUI on March 26th after he was pulled over for talking on his cell phone in Los Angeles. The singer was placed on informal probation for three years and a day in jail in relation to the arrest. He was also told to participate in a 90-day alcohol education program and pay a $390 fine.  Brown checked himself into a rehab facility in August as part of his plea deal but left the treatment center after less than three weeks.  The singer is due back in court on November 16th.
