Former Beverly Hills 90210 star Brian Austin Green sued his ex-girlfriend and baby-mama Vanessa Marcil earlier this year over a $200,000 loan that he claims she never repaid. Now a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has tossed the suit, ruling that Green isn't entitled to the money because the statute of limitations has expired and he waited to long to file. Marcil will now be able to countersue for damages incurred by the lawsuit. She is reportedly seeking $50,000. A hearing has been set for January 4th.
