TMZ.com reported that the wrestler's attorney tried to file a report in Florida, but since the statue of limitations had expired and the distribution crossed state lines -- he was told the issue was a federal matter. It's widely believed that Hulk's friend Bubba the Love Spongue -- whose wife Hulk was having sex with and in whose house the deed took place -- is in some way responsible.
