Lindsay Lohan was arrested for clipping a man with her car in NYC this morning.  She apparently hit the guy and eventually pulled over at her hotel, checked the damage, and then went into the hotel.  When she came out about 30 minutes later around 2:30 a.m. she was arrested.  She was booked for leaving the scene of an accident and was released with a desk ticket.  Shockingly, alcohol was not involved, but this could violate her probation since she is supposed to follow all laws.
