Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have reportedly bought land together in Tarzana, California. According to Perez Hilton, Justin and Selena are looking to build a home together and though they haven't started construction yet -- the home is close to Selena's family.  A source said, "Justin and Selena are building a massive home together. It's just a dirt lot right now with some pipes, but it has a gorgeous panoramic view of the San Fernando Valley."
