Joe Simpson is reportly denying that he drove drunk last month. However, according to police records -- Simpson reportedly blew a .12 on the breathalyzer when he was pulled over at a DUI checkpoint. He was then charged with two midemeanor counts of DUI. Simpson will reportedly appear in court next month to continue the case.
