Miley Cyrus' home has been flogged with intruders in the past few months.

The most recent incident took place over the weekend when reportedly a guy armed with scissors was arrested at the singer's Los Angeles home after he jumped her fence and said he wanted to meet her.

According to TMZ, cops responded to a 911 call from Miley's home -- placed by a member of the staff. Police Officers reportedly arrested a man named Jason Luis Rivera for trespassing. He told cops he wanted to see the pop star. Miley was not home when the incident happened.

Meanwhile Miley is focusing on her fourth album which is expected to be out in 2013.
She told MTV, that the first single will be out this year. She said, "I'll have a single out this year. This is the first time I get to tell people about it, so I'm really excited! I'm really proud of the album. It's my favorite thing I've done, probably ever. It's all really different."
