Jersey Shore star The Situation is now suing a nightclub for $60,000 after claims that he wasn't paid for appearances.  For the record, he charges $30,000 each to appear in nightclubs!  He is claiming he struck a deal with a promotion company last year to make a total of 3 appearances at Vegas nightclubs Chateau and Gallery by June 30th and they only cashed in on one of those appearances.  He wants to be paid for the other two, even though they never booked him.  We'll see if they pay up on their balance....
