Randy Jackson has officially announced he is leaving American Idol.  The show didn't want to get rid of him entirely so he will still be on the show as a "mentor".  Mariah Carey signed on to be a judge for $18 million a few weeks ago and sources say Nicki Minaj is very close to signing a deal to be a judge also.  Keith Urban is rumored to be getting ready to sign on as well for about $4 million.  They would probably have four judges if there are two women on the panel so stay tuned to find out who the fourth will be!
