Bill and Giuliana Rancic are the proud parents of a baby boy. A gestational surrogate gave birth to the couple's son Edward Duke on Wednesday night.  After the birth was announced, Giuliana tweeted, "THANK YOU for ur love & prayers!"  The couple were in the delivery room for the four-hour labor and birth.  Edward's arrival comes just days before the couple celebrates their fifth wedding anniversary on Saturday.
