Kim Kardashian's ex Kris Humphries is in a legal battle of his own now. TMZ.com reported that a woman sued the NBA player, claiming he gave her herpes in 2010.  The woman, Kayla Goldberg, claims that they had sex multiple times, and Kris never informed her he had herpes. She says she contracted the disease a week after their encounter.  RadarOnline.com reported that it's impossible that Kris gave anyone herpes because he has tested negative for the incurable sexually disease recently.
