Holly Madison is finally going to be a mom. The former Girls Next Door star -- whose strong desire for a baby partly led to her split from Hugh Hefner -- is pregnant.  The baby's father is Madison's boyfriend of nine months, party promoter Pasquale Rotella, 38.  Holly, 33, is now 12 weeks along and says she is feeling great. She told Us Weekly, "I've been lucky! No morning sickness, but I do get a little nauseous."  Madison has been starring in the Las Vegas burlesque revue, Peepshow.
