Usher Wins Primary Custody Of Kids; Court Documents Surface

The court documents in the bitter custody battle between Usher and his ex wife Tameka Foster Raymond have surfaced online. According to HiphopEnquirer.com, Judge Bensonetta Tipton- Lane's granted Usher full custody of he and Tameka's two sons. Tameka reportedly plans to appeal the decision.  In the court docs, the judge set for the visitation schedule as follows: "The mother shall have the children every First, Third, and Fifth weekend..." The judge gave Usher control of "all matters concerning the children, including but not limited to education, religion, extracurricular activities, health and mental well-being, but he shall first discuss any major decisions" with Tameka.  The only difference in the child custody arrangements that was set forth in 2009 is that Usher now has full control of the boys and Tameka will have to arrange the time she spends with her son's with Usher. The judge's order also stated that Tameka will not be forced to travel to visit her sons -- since her funds are limited.  The court documents also stated that Tameka and Usher must provide each other with full contact information, including any alias that they may use when checking into hotels. Usher will retain possession of the children's passports, but if Tameka needs to travel out of the country with the boys, Usher must turn over the passports to her "7 days prior to her departure date."  The judge also ordered that Usher and Tameka meet monthly with a co parent coordinator whose purpose will be to help come up with an educational plan for the children. In addition, Usher must pay Tameka a "lump sum" for nanny costs.  Another hearing is scheduled for September 11th in the Fulton County Courthouse.
