How You Spend Your Work Day
I don't have to tell you that the eight-hour, nine-to-five workday with an hour for lunch is DEAD... or maybe that's just for me :(
Anyways, here's the results here from a new study that figured out the ACTUAL hours and lifestyle of the average worker. Check it out to see if you're above or below average.
--The average office worker starts at 8:09 A.M. and leaves at 5:22 P.M.
--That means the average workday is now nine hours, 13 minutes.
--The average person leaves home at 7:49 A.M. and has a commute that lasts 20 minutes and 41 seconds. The commute home takes 33 minutes and 46 seconds.
--It takes 12 minutes before the first conversation with a coworker, at 8:21 A.M.
--The average worker takes a 28-minute lunch break.
--And spends an average of $5 on lunch.
--Only 7% go outside for some fresh air during lunch.
--The average worker drinks three cups of coffee a day.
--We average one argument with a coworker daily.
--The average worker sends 26 emails a day and receives 32.
--And finally, the average worker spends 10 minutes and 15 seconds on Facebook during the workday.

Beyonce & Jay Z Have Their Baby!
Beyonce gave birth to a baby girl in New York on Saturday, according to various outlets, including Good Morning America and her hometown paper, the Houston Chronicle, which reported that "baby and mom are doing just fine." GMA reports the superstar gave birth via C-section.
"Welcome to the world, Blue," Beyonce and Jay-Z's close friend Gwyneth Paltrow tweeted Sunday. "We love you already."
The actress also answered a "confused" fan who asked if the infant's name is "Ivy Blue or Blue Ivy," saying, "It's Blue Ivy!'
According to GMA, the couple chose "Ivy" because of the significance of the number "4" or "IV," -- Beyonce and Jay-Z were born on Sept. 4 and Dec. 4, respectively, were married on April 4, 2008, and Beyonce's latest album is entitled 4.)
Did you call it or did you think they'd have a boy?

What do you think of the name?

Right or wrong, I'm always underwhelmed with celebs baby names. Either way, Blue Ivy is already set for the rest of her life in terms of finances and fame!

Toys NOT to buy you kids this holiday season?!?!
altText
I think we may be overthing this a touch but that's just me. ~Wes

It's the holiday-shopping season, which means that we're about to be buried in lists of toys you should NOT buy your children.

--The first one comes from a group called TRUCE, which stands for Teachers Resisting Unhealthy Children's Entertainment.

--Their list focuses on toys that discourage reading and promote early sexuality, instead of toys that could take out an eye. They want you to know you're a terrible parent if you buy these toys for your kid:

--Monster High dolls from Mattel: They have dangerously thin bodies which promote eating disorders, and skimpy clothes that expose them to early sexual themes.

--Disney Fairies Tinker Bell, and the Great Fairy Rescue Play-a-Sound Book from Publications International: In addition to a ridiculously long title, it supposedly promotes gender stereotypes.

--The 'I Am T-Pain' Microphone by ProTunes: It Auto-Tunes your voice to make it sound like T-PAIN. TRUCE says it, quote, "inhibits imaginative play", and you can meet predators online when you download new songs.
