- ½ cup butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter (your choice; crunchy or smooth)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (up to 2 cups if needed)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- Chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips for the outside of the football
- White chocolate or frosting for the football laces
- Cream butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter until mixed (using a hand-held mixer). Mix in vanilla.
- Add powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, and mix until combined. (If you want a stiffer mixture, add the extra ½ cup of powdered sugar.) Mix in chocolate chips.
- Turn out mixture on a large sheet of waxed paper. Use your hands to form into a football shape. (This would also be cute as "lips" for Valentine's Day!)
- Place the waxed paper onto your serving plate. (It helps if the plate has sides…less mess!) Cover in sprinkles or chocolate chips, pressing them into the surface a little so they stick. Pipe on the laces using melted white chocolate or some leftover frosting and chill until ready to serve.
- Serving suggestion: pretzels, animal crackers, cookies, a spoon.

I am officially a brunette! I went to get my hair cut yesterday and decided I needed a change. I have been blonde for over ten years and decided I wanted to let that go for now. You never know though...I may always go back to my ex...she was good to me for those ten years! By the way, I don't even know my natural color anymore, but I'm thinking its a dirty blonde with a little red mixed in. For some reason my hair has gotten more red as I have gotten older. .jpg)

Baby Lotion Recall!!

For all my fellow parents out there....thought you should know about a baby lotion recall that's going down. Johnson & Johnson announced they were recalling more than 2,000 tubes of the Aveeno Baby Calming Comfort Lotion. It turns out they found excessive levels of bacteria in the product. So...if you own some get rid of it!!

There's An App For That? Who Knew!

Yesterday on the air I was talking about an app you can get that edits your pictures for you and gets rid of all your blemishes before you post it to Facebook or Twitter or wherever you put the thing! The app is called morebeaute2 and is free! So don't worry about doing your makeup and go take some pictures!

Well, two of my favorite shows in the world are coming together. Rachel and Brendon from Big Brother are going to be on the next season of The Amazing Race. I'm not sure how I feel about this considering the pair is so annoying!! Either way, I'm sure I will be tuning in. I'm such a sucker for reality TV....

Owen's First Trip To The Beach

We got the chance to go visit my parents in Florida over the holidays and that meant taking Owen to the beach for the first time! He couldn't do much, but it's fun to make these memories with our little one! And as you can see, he was completely fascinated by the whole experience.

This is for all my fellow Twilight fans....looks like the series will NOT end after Breaking Dawn Part 2! So, how will they continue on the legacy? They really aren't sure yet, but according to Lionsgate, it won't be on the big screen. It will possibly be on a TV network and will focus on more back stories of the cast. No word yet on whether Robert Pattinson and Kristin Stewart will be involved in the continuation of the Twlight Franchise, but I say bring it on!!

It was a sad day over the weekend....Owen is so depressed he told me to leave him alone and that he wanted to sleep off the Packers loss. Oh well....on the bright side at least we won the Super Bowl last year!!
