Wisconsinites On Bus Trip to Solar Eclipse!

August 21, 2017

A group of Wisconsinites had a neat idea for viewing the solar eclipse - taking a bus down to the path of totality!

A couple dozen riders will be making a trip on a Badger Bus down to Clarksville, Tennessee, which is in the path of totality. On the way down, the bus made several stops to help make the experience even better. For example, they stopped at the University of Illinois to look at the sun through their telescopes.

A big draw for the event? Free eclipse glasses! We hope the group's excited for today's solar eclipse; for more on this story, click here!
