POLL: Which 2017 Performance at the American Music Awards Are You Most Excited To Watch?

The American Music Awards are really turning up the heat this year! Dick Clark Productions just announced even more incredible performers (and collaborations) for this weekend’s live broadcast.

So we’re wondering: which performance are you most excited for at Sunday’s American Music Awards?


Let’s review the list of incredible performances we can expect from Sunday’s ceremony:

  • The broadcast will feature the first live televised performance from K-pop sensation BTS.
  • Pink will perform a “show-stopping” rendition of "Beautiful Trauma," which is the title track from her just released album, during Sunday’s live broadcast. 
  • Making her return to the AMA stage for the first time since 2012, Kelly Clarkson will perform a new single from her just-released album, Meaning of Life. She will also perform a “second fan-favorite surprise track." 
  • Demi Lovato will return to the AMA stage for the first time since 2015 as she will be performing her smash hit song, “Sorry Not Sorry.”
  • Selena Gomez will perform her new single, which is titled “Wolves,” for the first time on television. It also marks her first live televised performance since undergoing a kidney transplant earlier this year.  
  • One Direction's Niall Horan will be making his first solo performance at the American Music Awards.
  • Hot off the success for their smash hit song, “Feel It Still,” Portugal. The Man will hit the stage too.
  • Lady Gaga will perform her hit song "The Cure," live from the Joanne World Tour stop in Washington D.C.
  • Jonas Brother star, Nick Jonas, will perform his romantic song, “Find You," during the live broadcast.
  • Dick Clark Productions announced this week that Shawn Mendes will perform his smash hit song "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back" on Sunday. 

Plus, the list of collaborations lined up for the night is incredible:

  • Alessia Cara and multi-platinum DJ/producer Zedd will perform their smash hit song “Stay.”
  • Imagine Dragons and Khalid will collaborate for the time ever in an “unique” collaboration, according to Dick Clark Productions.
  • Hailee Steinfeld and Alesso featuring country duo Florida Georgia Line and watt are set to take the American Music Awards stage for a show-stopping collaboration, featuring their Billboard Hot 100 hit, “Let Me Go.”

Oh, and there will be a few incredible tributes during Sundays show:

  • Christina Aguilera will mark the 25th anniversary of the film The Bodyguard with a tribute to Whitney Houston.
  • Plus, Diana Ross will perform during the ceremony, as she accepts the Life Achievement Award.

The American Music Awards, which will take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, will air live on ABC at 8pm ET on Sunday.
