Somebody has to replace Sharon Osbourne and it looks like they have a few people in mind.  Sources say that the spot will go to either Shannon Dougherty, Carly Simon or LeeAnn Rimes. The show is reportedly looking for a strong and opinionated woman and that is how they came up with these three.  Sharon quit after she claimed that NBC dropped her son Jack's reality show because of his MS diagnosis.  However, Howie Mandel and Howard Stern are both up for new contracts, so you could see a whole new judges table this season.
