Did You Go One Of These Places?

Facebook reported Wednesday on the top 10 places that received the most "check-ins" on the social media site in 2012, and revealed that seven of them were baseball stadiums, topped by AT&T Park, home of the World Series champion San Francisco Giants. Why so many baseball stadium check-ins? The Yahoo! Sports blog Big League Stew says it makes sense because of the sport's long season and large ballparks. The 10 most-checked-in sites were:
  1. Times Square
  2. Disneyland
  3. At&T Park
  4. Yankee Stadium
  5. Rangers Ballpark
  6. Fenway Park (Boston Red Sox)
  7. Dodger Stadium
  8. Universal Studios Florida
  9. Wrigley Field (Chicago Cubs)
  10. Angel Stadium

The top 10 list of words looked up this year is:
  1. "socialism" and "capitalism"
  2. touche (too-SHAY)
  3. bigot
  4. marriage
  5. democracy
