There is nothing worse than thinking that you just won $50,000 and then finding out that you didn't. Well, that's what happened to this poor guy.....a 24-year-old St. Louis optometry student was playing the half-time game where you must make a half court shot in order to win $50,000. Well, the game rules are that you must make a lay-up, free throw, three pointer and then a half court shot--in that order. The poor guy made the lay-up, free throw and half court shot, but forgot the 3-pointer. Too bad he didn't realize this until AFTER he started celebrating.
