
You might laugh at me, but I have a real love/hate relationship with naps! On one hand I have those days that I have no choice but to take one because I’m exhausted, then on the other I will try to avoid them because I hate feeling groggy and crappy after I wake up.
Don’t get me wrong, I like sleeping and lying around, who doesn’t? It’s just that most of the time when I wake up I feel like crap. I guess it’s like drinking, it might be fun, but you know there’s a hangover to follow!
