Miley Cyrus is reportedly suspected of criminal battery after an alleged incident at a Hollywood club over the weekend. According to TMZ, an unidentified man filed a police report claiming that he and his friends got into a scuffle with Cyrus and her fiance Liam Hemsworth at Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel. Reportely, law enforcement officials say that the man and his friends accidentally bumped Liam's seat leading to a heated argument, during which Miley allegedly pushed the victim and hit him in the face.  Reportedly, there were no visible injuries.  According to the host that evening, nothing happened and that the victim was thrown out and is now making up a story.
