Charlie Sheen is known for being a dysfunctional partier....duh!! But I will say I love the fact that he can joke about his indescretions at the same time!
My 3rd favorite moment from the MTV Movie Awards last night was him inducting "Project X" into the Party Movie Hall of Fame while claiming the movie was an imitation of what his brain "is on" 24/7
