Lindsay Lohan will be missing a court appearance scheduled for Wednesday to continue being a groupie for The Wanted. Lohan flew to England with her rumored beau Max George and the rest of the boyband for shows in London and then Dubai. According to E! Online, her court date is not mandatory so her attorney Shawn Holley will be there to represent her. Lindsay 's court appearance was related to the charges against her for lying to the police after her car accident last June. Lindsay has already followed the band to shows in New York, Philadelphia, and Boston. TMZ is reporting that she is facing up to eight months in jail for violating her probation.
