Josh Brolin was arrested for public intoxication on New Year's Day and spent a few hours in jail. Brolin was arrested just before midnight on January 1 in Santa Monica. He was not given a citation for the arrest, so he is completely off the hook.  He was apparently hanging out with a bunch of guy friends when the arrest happened.
