I'm learning how to make this...

This is from the entree menu at Pastiche in Bayview... sooooooo yummy. Going to attempt it tomorrow night. Now just have to figure out where I can easily get some trout. Sometimes the typical grocery stores have it, sometimes not.

"Trout Amandine boneless, locally-raised trout, dusted with seasoned flour, pan-fried and finished with slivered almonds tossed in browned butter, haricots verts and roasted potatoes."

Couldn't find a pic of trout that does it justice... :(
