Amanda Bynes just can't seem to shake the headlines. The actress has been in the spotlight after several driving-related incidents, and in one of the latest developments, license has become officially suspended. Although authorities ordered her not to drive, People reports that early Sunday, she was pulled over and had her car impounded.  Victor Gill of the Burbank Airport Police told People that the 25-year-old actress was cited for driving with a suspended license. He said she received a misdemeanor citation and was not arrested.  Now sources tell TMZ Bynes is suffering from serious bouts of mental illness. Last Thursday, she was spotted at a gym in Los Angeles, where she was reportedly seen talking to herself and then answering back.  Witnesses told the site she looked dazed. While on the elliptical, she would stop suddenly and start "laughing hysterically for no reason."  Bynes was recently photographed smoking an unknown substance in her BMW.  She has been in trouble with authorities recently for a DUI charge and driving with a suspended license.
